The Annual Graden Vincent Smith Golf Tournament

Registration for the 2026 Grady Golf Tournament is here!!!! We are so excited for this year’s Golf Tournament, which is proudly sponsored by Ripley Machine. We hope you enjoy this new process and give us feedback on how we can make the registration process easier.
This outing will be held on August 8th, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The outing will be held at Whispering Woods Golf Course, 7214 Grubb Rd, McKean Township, PA 16426. All participants and volunteers are encouraged to join us for dinner at Grace Church after the tournament, which is adjacent to Whispering Woods Golf Course.
Our tournament is structured as a four-person scramble. Both men and women are welcome to play in the tournament, and special accommodations are made for golfers over 654 and under 16 years of age.
At the end of the tournament, prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 23rd, and last-place teams. Proceeds from the tournament will help us continue our vision of assisting NICU families in need of support.
The official tournament is only in the afternoon session with our shotgun start at 2 PM. We will have a morning group for those who cannot play in the afternoon session. We have room for the first 30 foursomes and the afternoon an 15 foursomes in the morning. Our tournament sells out every year, so register today!

Sponsorship Levels and Individual Registrations:
Tournament Sponsor: ($2,500)-
Includes naming rights to the golf tournament, company literature distributed to each participant, information booth at the event, hole sign on the golf course, corporate logo and recognition on print material and all promotions, recognition in the event program, and logo along with a direct web link on www.gradysdecision.com for a full year.
Platinum Sponsorship: ($1,000) -
Includes a foursome, hole sign on golf course, corporate logo, and recognition on golf event print material, promotions and event program, as well as logo and direct web link on www.gradysdecision.com for a full year.
Gold Sponsorship ($600) -
Includes a foursome, hole sign on the golf course and recognition in the event program as well as
logo and direct web link on www.gradysdecision.com for a full year.
Silver Sponsorship ($250) -
Includes a hole sign on the golf course and recognition in the event program, as well as logo and direct web link on www.gradysdecision.com for a full year.
Bronze Sponsorship ($100) -
Includes hole sign on golf course and recognition in event program.
Individual Foursome ($500) -
Includes a foursome for four individual players.
Individual Participant ($125) -
Includes registration for one participant. We will find you a team!

Can't Attend?
We would be grateful for donations of gift certificates, golf balls, sports memorabilia, event tickets, etc., for the Chinese Auction or the Live Auction.
- Format: Four-Person Scramble
- Men play from the BLUE Tees.
- Ladies play from the RED Tees.
- Golfers under the age of 16 play from the GOLD Tees.
- Seniors (65 and older) play from the GOLD Tees.
- The ball must be placed one club length from where the shot is being played.
- You cannot improve your lie (if in bunker, must stay in bunker, rough in rough).
- Mulligans can be used anywhere.
- To keep play moving, we request that golfers please pick up when the ball is holed out.
- Putting Contest after the 9th hole.
- A skins game of $20.00 per team will be played. All monies will be paid out.

5:00 PM - Doors Open
5:00-6:30 PM - Enjoy dinner on us, shop at our chinese auction, special auction, large Item auction, and play a "Diaper Game" for a chance to win money, watch a looped slide show featuring sponsors and some of our Grady babies.
6:30 PM - Listen to a short welcome message and an overview on the Grady's Decision mission
6:45-10:30 PM - Let's play BINGO! There will be 14 games of bingo played for everyone! Table of 8 tickets and Platinum tables will play a bonus game of Bingo. We will also have tip boards going around during bingo for chances to win some awesome designer items and other fun prizes!

CARNIVAL INFORMATION:
- Carnival runs 11:00-2:00 PM
- Fun for all ages and open to the public
*Food trucks for purchase (CamaradERIE BBQ, Brady's Chuck Wagon, and Smiley's Ice Cream Truck), bounce houses, slides, face painting, petting zoo, pony rides, three different characters (Bluey, Spider-Man, and a Princess), carnival snacks, facepainting, Reptile meet and greets, Therapy Dogs, games with prizes, Community Vendors, and more!!

*Being a sponsor helps pay for items for our event. This will, in turn, reduce the amount of money we spend to fund the event and allow us to donate even more to families and babies in the NICU! All sponsors will have their own lawn sign at our event!

Rite-Aid's KidCents Program
We are excited to announce that we are now an official KidCents charity! KidCents is a program created by The Rite Aid Foundation that allows Rite Aid customers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar and donate their change to help support kid-focused charities.
Grady's Decision will now be listed as an official KidCents charity on kidcents.com. Through KidCents, Rite Aid customers can visit www.kidcents.com, elect to round up their Rite Aid purchases, and donate their change to an official KidCents charity, which now includes us!
Here’s what you can do to support Grady's Decision with your KidCents round-up donations when you shop at Rite Aid:
- Visit www.kidcents.com and follow the steps online to become a Rite Aid wellness+ member (join for free) and enroll in the KidCents program.
- After you join wellness+ (or if you are already a wellness+ member), login on www.kidcents.com and click “Select a Charity” on the website menu.
- When you find Grady's Decision, click on the “Select this Charity” button so that your KidCents round-up change will be designated to Grady's Decision.
- Now the next time you shop at Rite Aid, your change will be rounded up to Grady's Decision.
